Where we ship
We ship to addresses within the United States only, including APO/FPO where the carrier can deliver. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping cost
- Flat rate — $9.99 on all orders.
- Free shipping on orders of $150 or more (calculated on the order subtotal, before shipping).
Your exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders placed before 2:00 pm ET on a business day are usually packed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, or at a weekend or public holiday, go out on the next business day. Payment has to clear before we dispatch.
Delivery time
Once dispatched, deliveries normally arrive within 2–5 business days depending on your location. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees — weather, carrier backlogs and holiday peaks can add time.
Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to start updating. If it has not moved after two business days, email us and we will chase it.
Packaging and storage
Lyophilised (freeze-dried) peptides are stable at room temperature for the length of a domestic transit, and are shipped in discreet, unbranded outer packaging. On arrival, store vials as stated on the product page — normally refrigerated, and protected from light. Unpack and refrigerate your order promptly on delivery.
Wrong address, refused and undelivered parcels
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, because delivery was refused, or because it went unclaimed, we can re-ship it once you cover the return and re-shipping cost. If you would rather have a refund, we refund the goods but not the original shipping.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, or tracking shows it as delivered but you cannot find it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with photos where relevant. We will open a claim with the carrier and either replace or refund the affected items.
