This website is operated by Peptides21 (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order or using this site you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
2. Research use only
Every product sold on this website is supplied strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research use only. Our products are not drugs, not dietary supplements, not cosmetics and not food. They are not for human or veterinary consumption, and nothing on this site should be read as a suggestion to use them that way.
We make no claim that any product diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any disease or condition. No product on this site has been evaluated or approved by the FDA for any use in humans. Any research literature we reference describes published third-party studies, not the results you should expect, and is provided for informational purposes only.
3. Who may buy
By ordering you confirm that:
- you are at least 21 years old;
- you are a qualified researcher, or you are buying on behalf of a research institution or laboratory;
- you will handle and store the material in accordance with accepted laboratory safety practice;
- you will not resell, relabel or supply the material for human or animal use;
- your intended use complies with all laws that apply to you.
We ship within the United States only. You are responsible for knowing whether these materials may lawfully be received at your address.
4. Orders and pricing
All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and exclude shipping. Placing an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed when we confirm the order by email. We may decline or cancel any order — for example where a product is out of stock, where a price or description was published in error, or where we believe the order may be intended for human use. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund it in full.
5. Product information and stock
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including purity results where third-party testing has been carried out. Vial photography is illustrative. Peptide lots vary, and figures such as purity are specific to the tested lot shown on our lab tests page.
6. Payment
Card payments are processed by our payment provider on a secure hosted page. We never receive or store your full card number. If a payment is declined by your bank or our provider, the order will not be dispatched.
7. Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Both form part of these terms.
8. Limits on our liability
You accept full responsibility for the safe handling, storage, use and disposal of anything you buy from us, and for the conduct of your research. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of a product other than as research material, or from your failure to observe proper laboratory practice. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Intellectual property
The text, photography, logos and page designs on this site belong to us and may not be copied or republished without our written permission.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here at the moment you order is the one that applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which we operate.
